St John Ambulance Rescue Mask
The St John Ambulance rescue mask is designed to offer protection to the rescuer when performing a manual resuscitation of a patient. The mask has an inlet for attachment to an O2 source and can be used with a resuscitator.

PLEASE NOTE: This mask is for use when giving rescue breaths and during CPR only. This cannot be used as a filtration mask.

Instructions for Use
Operating Instructions
- Push out dome.
- For an adult / child, position the mask over patient's mouth and nose where the pointed end of the mask points towards the top of the head. For an infant, position the mask over patient's mouth and nose where the pointed end of the mask points towards the feet.
- Press on mask to seal to patient's face and place the elastic around the patients head.
- Blow slowly until patient's chest rises.
- Remove your mouth to allow patient to exhale.
- To administer supplemental oxygen, remove the plug from the oxygen port and connect oxygen tubing (not included) to the port. Do not exceed a flow rate of 15 LPM.
