Orders Over £50 Qualify for Free UK Mainland Delivery 

For all other orders, there is a charge of £2.95 or higher, depending on the location*.

Orders for Next Working Day Delivery should be placed before 12pm, unless otherwise specified on the product. Please note that orders made over the weekend are processed for dispatch on Mondays.

All orders utilizing standard delivery or the free delivery option will be sent through a 2-3 working day service from the date of dispatch.

We strongly recommend that you only schedule tradesmen or services after you have received your goods since we cannot assume responsibility for any expenses incurred due to delivery delays.

While our goal is to dispatch all orders within two working days, there may be rare instances when certain items are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed about expected dispatch dates should any delays arise. When we provide you with the estimated arrival date, you can decide whether to proceed with the order or not.

We have received communication from Royal Mail regarding slight delays in delivering some orders within the standard 2-3 working day delivery timeframe. They suggest allowing a bit more time for your order to arrive.

For urgent deliveries, we recommend choosing the Next Working Day delivery option at checkout whenever possible.

If we cannot deliver within 14 days of your order, you will always have the choice to receive a full refund for any payments made. When stock is not immediately available, we may, at our discretion, dispatch a partial shipment of your order or wait until we have received all out-of-stock items before sending the entire order together.

Customers with larger or heavier units may need to arrange assistance, as we cannot guarantee that our couriers will deliver these units to the home. While all couriers offer doorstep deliveries, customers living in locations other than ground-floor flats or apartments may need additional assistance following delivery.

Due to recent and upcoming postal strikes, our couriers are experiencing minor delays in delivering some orders. We are committed to dispatching orders from our warehouse on time to ensure you receive your orders as promptly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee our usual delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.".
