UK delivery

Available delivery services, prices, and estimates are shown at checkout for the products and delivery address in your order. The checkout quote is authoritative because some products are dispatched directly by suppliers or use weight-based delivery profiles.

For products in the general delivery profile, standard UK delivery is £3.95 and normally takes 2–4 business days. Eligible BG Electrical, Luceco, Masterplug, and Newlec orders over £50 receive free standard delivery. Express delivery is £6.89 where available, and next-working-day delivery is £9.99 where available. A next-working-day service applies after dispatch and is not available for every product, postcode, weekend, or bank holiday.

Supplier-fulfilled products use their own delivery rates. Current profiles include Astroflame (£18), Corby/Grohe (£9.85), Rug Doctor weight-based rates, Safelincs weight-based rates, and a paid-standard £3.95 profile with no free threshold. Mixed orders can arrive in separate consignments and can combine more than one delivery charge; the complete amount is shown before payment.

Business-day estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays. Dispatch and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. We will contact you if we become aware of a material supplier, stock, or carrier delay.

Check the delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee an address change after processing or dispatch. Inspect parcels promptly and report missing, damaged, or incorrect goods with the order number and photographs where appropriate.
