UltraFire battery powered optical smoke alarms feature radio-interlink technology that allows up to 50 compatible alarms to communicate wirelessly. Powered by two 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, these alarms have a wireless range of up to 100m in open air and 35m indoors. Ideal for installation in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, landings and near (but not in) kitchens, optical smoke alarms are less susceptible to false alarms caused by cooking fumes.
