This unit is custom assembled from BG components:

  • MC5EMR4 – 4 Gang Front Plate
  • 4x EMSW13W – 20A 16AX Intermediate Switch Module

Designed to provide high-capacity lighting control, this unit combines four independent intermediate switches on a single 4-module metal clad faceplate. Intermediate switches are essential for controlling lighting circuits from 3 or more locations when wired between 2-way switches (such as multi-floor stairwells, corridors, or large open spaces). Manufactured in heavy gauge steel and finished with epoxy powder coating, the plate is rugged and scratch resistant — built for commercial and industrial environments where a domestic finish does not last, and is fitted with an earth terminal for extra safety. Certified to BS5733 and BS EN 60669-1.
