This Evolve 20A intermediate light switch from British General allows for more than two switches in a circuit where you need to control the same light from 3 different locations, such as at the top and bottom of the stairs and at the end of a hallway or landing. The low profile edge-to-edge rocker clips in to place once the base is installed for a screwless appearance, with a large touch surface for easy operation and pearlescent white finish. Installation is fast and secure with clearly labelled captive backed out terminal screws. The switch is certified to BS60669-1 standards, and comes with a 25-year guarantee for total peace of mind. BG’s Evolve range of wiring accessories is available in a variety of colours and finishes to give you greater choice and flexibility when choosing electrical accessories.
The 35mm steel back box is designed for flush wall installation and is suitable for mounting electrical accessories. Manufactured from durable steel, it includes M20 knockouts on the sides and base, four fixing lugs, and an earth bonding terminal for safe installation.
