The BG Electrical Nexus Screwless Flat-Plate FBS52 is a brushed steel switched 13A fused connection unit with flush neon, manufactured by British General Electrical.

The FBS52 is a switched fused connection unit applicable for anywhere that requires a constantly installed appliance such as a fridge or a washing machine. With an extremely thin plate (under 5mm thick from wall to face), flat profile, rounded edges and stylish brushed steel finish, the FBS52 fused spur has a sleek, modern design to suit a wide range of interior decor, both domestic and commercial.

This fused connection unit can house one fuse up to 13A and features 2 earth terminals as standard to allow for high integrity wiring connections. It also features a flush neon fitted to increase visibility in light-restricted areas.

Its Clip On, Clip Off front plate design is secure and easy to use, and the spur unit itself can also be easily retrofitted into existing backboxes (minimum 35mm depth required). This FCU also has colour coded terminals and backed out captive screws to further aid simplify installation.

As standard on all BG sockets and switches, the FBS52 comes with a 25-year guarantee for peace of mind.
