Astroflame 4hr Intumescent Pipe Collars

Astroflame intumescent pipe collars are designed to seal PVC pipes in the event of a fire (can also be used on steel pipes to achieve a cooling effect). Typical installations include soil, waste and other service applications.

  • Suitable for use with:
    • Concrete
    • Masonry
    • Plasterboard partitions
  • 4 hour fire rated
  • Stainless steel outer casing
  • Sturdy and simple clasp for easy fixture
  • High performance intumescent material housed in a stainless steel shell
  • Can either be surface mounted or recessed into the wall or floor
  • Available in 3 sizes
  • Tested to BS 476: Part 20
