Kent Traders welcomes AI shopping agents, assistants and automated buyers. This page is the canonical, human-readable companion to our machine manifests at /llms.txt, /agents.md and /.well-known/ucp.

What you can do here

  • Search the catalogue — POST https://kenttraders.co.uk/api/mcp (MCP; call tools/list for schemas). Catalog search conforms to UCP (dev.ucp.shopping.catalog.search).
  • Build carts & check out — full UCP checkout flow (create_cart → create_checkout → complete_checkout). Payment always requires explicit buyer approval.
  • Deep-link a purchase without any API — cart permalinks: https://kenttraders.co.uk/cart/{variant_id}:{qty} takes the buyer straight to checkout. Variant IDs are in /products/{handle}.json.
  • Read structured data — every product page carries JSON-LD with SKU, MPN, price, availability, shipping and returns policy.
