Will any dimmer work with LED bulbs?
No. Use a trailing-edge LED dimmer for LED lighting and check the dimmer’s minimum and maximum load matches your bulbs. Older leading-edge dimmers can flicker or buzz with LEDs.
Why does my LED flicker on a dimmer?
Usually a leading-edge dimmer or a load below the dimmer’s minimum. Switch to a trailing-edge LED dimmer and check the bulbs sit within its load range.
Can I use a dimmer on a 2-way circuit?
Yes. Fit the dimmer at one position and a standard 2-way switch at the other, or use a 2-way dimmer designed for it.
