Boutique hotel — Kent coast (24 rooms)

Spec: BG Nexus Black Nickel Screwless throughout. 6 doubles + 2 USB-A+C 45 W per bedroom, modular HDMI/USB plate at desk. Geberit Sigma cisterns + Grohe brassware in en-suites. Corby 4400 trouser presses.

Coherent four-brand spec (BG, Geberit, Grohe, Corby), single-supplier delivery, completed within 12-week refurb window.

Mid-market hotel — South East (60 rooms)

Spec: BG Nexus Brushed Steel for sockets / switches. Aqualisa Quartz showers in every en-suite. Ideal Standard Tempo basins + WCs. Trouser presses + safes + minibars across all rooms.

High-volume order processed through trade desk: 360 sockets, 60 showers, 60 hotel housekeeping kits, all in stock with 7-day delivery to site.

Period property hotel — Cotswolds (12 rooms)

Spec: Antique Brass switches & sockets to suit period scheme. 5 A round-pin switched-lamp circuits in every guest lounge / bedroom. Geberit + Grohe in bathrooms. Astroflame fire safety throughout.

Period-appropriate finish coherence across electrics + bathrooms; full BS 5839 fire safety package.

Apartment hotel — London (45 units)

Spec: Apartment-grade socket count (12 doubles + 3 USB per unit), full kitchenette package (45 A cooker control, dishwasher / fridge spurs). Bathroom suites: Ideal Standard + Geberit; Aqualisa showers.

HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation)

8-bed HMO conversion — South London

Spec: BG MC Metal Clad in shared kitchen / utility (heavy-duty). BG Nexus White in bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 USB per room). BS 5839-6 mains-wired smoke alarms; Astroflame fire-door packs.

Building Regs Part B + Housing Act 2004 license-grade fire safety; EICR-ready electrical install.

12-bed bedsit HMO — Birmingham

Spec: Per-bedsit kitchenette: 45 A cooker control, twin-counter sockets, fan iso for extractor, water-heater spur. BG Nexus White throughout. Geberit toilet packs in 12 en-suites. Heat detectors per room (BS 5839-6).

Heavy fire safety + per-unit electrical isolation; built to local council HMO licensing requirements.

Residential refurbs

Family bathroom refurb — Surrey

Spec: Geberit Sigma + Duofix concealed system, Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan brassware, Aqualisa Quartz Touch shower, Ideal Standard basin & WC. Antique brass shaver + IP65 FCU.

Full pre-matched four-brand spec; complete kit dispatched in single delivery to fitter.

Period home rewire — Sussex

Spec: Antique Brass throughout: 18 doubles, 6 USB-A+C, 2 trailing-edge dimmers, 5 A round-pin lamp circuits in lounge + master. Period-appropriate finish coherence across all 24 plates.

Period property rewire with finish coherence — standard finish ranges from BG Nexus + MK in the same antique brass tone.
