You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, on every order placed while signed in to your Kent Traders account. Points are added once the order is paid. There is nothing to opt into and no card to carry — if you have an account, you are earning.

25 points is £0.25 off, so every point is worth 1p. The rate never changes with the size of your balance — 500 points is £5, 2,000 points is £20. You can redeem as soon as you reach 25 points; you do not have to save up.

Open your cart and choose 'Redeem points' — we turn your points into a discount and apply it to that cart for you. The discount shows on its own line so you can see exactly what came off. Points leave your balance at the moment you redeem, not at checkout.

Every product page shows your rewards panel — select 'View History' to see each time you earned or spent points, what it was worth in pounds, and your balance after it. Your balance and history are always the same numbers we hold; nothing is estimated.

No. Points stay on your account until you use them. We will tell you well in advance, in writing, if that ever changes.

Yes. Multi-buy savings apply automatically at 2+, 5+, 10+ and 20+ units, and a points discount applies on top of that — both are shown separately in your cart so you can see each one. Points also work on a mixed basket of stocked and supplier-delivered items.

Points earned on a refunded order are removed from your balance when the refund is processed, because the order they came from no longer stands. If you had already spent those points, contact us at support@kenttraders.co.uk and we will sort it out with you.

Email support@kenttraders.co.uk with your order number. Points are added after payment is confirmed, so a very recent order may not have landed yet. If a balance still looks wrong after that, tell us — we would rather correct it than have you guess.
