Delivery FAQs
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days for most UK mainland addresses. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day where stock is available. We dispatch Monday to Friday only — never on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Yes, next-day delivery is available on qualifying orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Express delivery charges apply. Because we dispatch on working days only, “next working day” on a Friday order means Monday — or Tuesday when the Monday is a bank holiday. Some bulky or hazardous items may be excluded.
Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order and cut-to-length products cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us before returning any items; no return authorisation number is required.
Yes, we deliver directly to hotel sites, commercial properties, and building sites across the UK. For large refurbishment projects, we can arrange phased deliveries to match your contractor schedule.
